"The Graveless Doll of Eric Mutis" by Karen Russell

I came across this Karen Russell story a little differently than I generally find stories. I Googled her--the reason being that her name keeps showing up on various literary lists and in so many articles, and so I wanted to know just who she was.

Turns out she's the author of Swamplandia!, a successful 2012 debut novel that I've heard of, although not yet read. She's also very well-published and has won several awards, including. Read her Wiki bio here.
